In honor of the reissues, KRS has a nice surprise for us: Cecilia/Amanda, an unreleased Smith solo track that Crane recorded in 1997. The track is a rewrite of Time Is Ours Now, a song from the early Smith band Stranger Than Fiction.

So last night I dreamt I was at Largo seeing Elliott play, with Jon Brion pottering about as well. Not entirely surprising considering yesterday, but he wore this wig the whole time. I miss him, but love and appreciate what he left behind even more. XO
